SpaceX founder Elon Musk’s mission to send a human to the Red Planet by 2026 is considered the most ambitious of all missions to reach Mars.
Many countries, including the United Arab Emirates, China, and the United States, are seeking to send a human to the Red Planet. US NASA aims to send astronauts to Mars at some point in the 2030s: the UAE is promoting a 100-year plan to create a colony there and China has announced that its long-term goal will be to send humans to Mars.
In an interview with Peter Diamandis, Founder and Chairman of the X Prize Foundation, Elon Musk claimed in April 2021 that “a bunch of people will likely die at the start” of the Mars mission. He said this when talking about the first crewed mission. towards Mars which according to him could take place in 2026.
Scientists and researchers have expressed concerns about the missions to Mars. They warned of many challenges, including cosmic radiation, dust storms, and lack of oxygen and water.
SpaceX appears to be ignoring the warning of scientists and researchers. There are rumors circulating that Elon Musk’s plan for creating SpaceX was not in fact to make the human race a multi-planet race but rather to become the richest man who ever existed.
Deep down, why would anyone want to spend their money on such a difficult and perilous mission to send humans to Mars to live and work?
Rumors have it that the real reason Elon Musk is so interested in space exploration is for mineral resources like gold which is plentiful in space. SpaceX boss Elon Musk would therefore be looking for ways to capture a giant asteroid that has been discovered to contain several shades of gold and bring it back to earth aboard his massive Starship spacecraft.
It’s still unclear how he might consider doing it, but if his plan succeeds, he will become the richest man ever born on earth.
If he somehow manages to capture an asteroid and bring it back to earth aboard his Starship spacecraft, and somehow sell the gold, his fortune will be over 20 times the world economy and he will be the richest man on the planet and for many centuries to come.
Only the future will tell us the real reason for the creation of SpaceX by Elon Musk.
